When we were searching for family-friendly accommodations in Lisbon, one name kept coming up again and again - Martinhal. Reading reviews and checking out their website, Martinhal almost seemed too good to be true, so we had to check it out ourselves. We spent a few days at each of their two locations in Lisbon - Martinhal Oriente, and Martinhal Chiado, and here's my review of them both.

Martinhal Oriente is the newest Martinhal property. It offers the same family services as Chiado - a baby concierge program and kids club with child care option, but it's housed in the Oriente district, which is the business hub of Lisbon.
It is a modern property with serene spots to unwind and relax, or go out and explore the nearby attractions like the Lisbon Oceanarium and Science Center. The property is designed with children in mind. From two toddler pools and a kids club, to an extensive curated kids menu at their restaurant Terrace, that is sure to satisfy little eaters, the property is a great stop for families visiting Lisbon.
